One of the UK's favourite tourist destinations, the National Railway Museum in the historic City of York, is host to The Norwich Union Yorkshire Wheel which attracts thousands of visitors every year keen to see this wonderfully preserved medieval city as they've never seen it before – from a height of 60 metres.

With spectacular panoramas including the Minster, the River Ouse, the old town and the other features that have earned York World Heritage Centre status, The Norwich Union Yorkshire Wheel is the ideal way to get the perfect 'overview' of this wonderful city.

The wheel has 42 capsules which seat up to eight people, with wheelchair access, air conditioning and heating and for an extra touch of luxury, there's a VIP gondola with optional champagne.
